QLD QFresh Conversations - Positive Impacts

We’re joining Aurecon to learn all about their workplace and hear about the positive impact landscape can have within a range of projects. Followed by a panel discussion around sustainability and the future of landscape architecture.

The evening will include a presentation from David Uhlmann (Principal Design Integrator at Aurecon and AILA QLD Vice-President) sharing all the secrets on how they are doing Landscape Architecture differently, and how Landscape Architects can be providing strategic advice right at the forefront of the design process. Following David's presentation will be a panel discussion on the positive impact of landscape architecture and sustainability. David will be joined by Espe Kelly, AILA Queensland Secretary and Sasha Paterson from Lat27 and the QFresh Committee - so bring your questions for the panel. If you’re a student looking for inspiration as you start off semester two… or a graduate looking to learn more about innovation and sustainability in practice… this is the event for you.

Places are limited and available to AILA student and graduate members, so be sure to register quickly.

Pizza and soft drinks will be provided. If you're keen to kick on afterwards, an area in a nearby bar will be reserved.

*Unfortunately Shaun from Eureka Landscapes has had to pull out of the discussion, so instead we will be having a panel discussion with David, Espe Kelly and Sasha Paterson
