Pass types and what they cover
Full festival passes include the full day conference program on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October. Full passes include morning, afternoon and lunch meals on each of these days. They do not include tickets to the Opening Party, Research Summit or Victorian Landscape Architecture Awards.
Single-day passes include conference sessions during the ticketed day only. These passes also include morning, afternoon and lunch meals on the day of attendance.
The Opening Party and Research Summit on Thursday 15 October are not included in any Festival pass type. Please purchase a separate ticket to these events.
Student, Graduate and Retired rates are applicable for members of AILA within these categories only. They do not apply to students, graduates or those who are retired in general. To find out more about AILA membership please visit www.aila.org.au/membership.
All passes are for the registered individual only, and CPD points will be allocated to that person.
If you wish to share a pass, you may like to consider a Flexi pass. These passes can be shared between different employees of the same practice, with the condition that only one person per Flexi pass purchased may attend the Festival at any one time. The pass can be left for collection, at the Festival registration desk or you can arrange transfers with your co-workers. This pass allows access to all the sessions and meals that a Full pass does, for one person at any one time.

Group bookings
AILA has a special for groups wishing to attend the Festival.
If you purchase five full Festival passes, you will receive the sixth pass free!

Graduate ticket membership bonus
Graduate tickets purchased to the Festival before 31 July 2015, you will receive complimentary Graduate AILA membership for that same individual for the financial year of 2015/16.
No longer able to make it?
If you are unable the Festival after buying a pass, a substitute attendee is welcome at any time.
All cancellations or changes to a registration must be made in writing to [email protected].
All cancellations and refunds will incur an administration fee of $100. No refunds will be issued after 30 September 2015. 'No Shows' will still be charged the full fee paid.
