Now launched: The Gender Equity Mentoring Program

AILA’s Gender Equity Committee has launched a Mentoring Program for women that allows members to have a voice, create conversation, help highlight issues and to demonstrate that Landscape Architects are advocating for change.

Landscape architects will be able to utilise the mentoring to make sense of their individual career trajectories, to strategize their future and to help support others.
