Future Leader Award | Nominations Now Open

Nominations are open for the 2026 AILA Future Leader Student Award and AILA Future Leader Graduate Award.

These awards recognise the achievements of AILA student and graduate members across design, planning, communications and research, and celebrate their potential as future leaders of the profession.

Student nominations must be made by a program or subject coordinator of an Australian landscape architecture course. Graduate nominations must be made by a current or former employer, with nominees required to be AILA graduate members who completed an Australian landscape architecture course no more than five years ago.

Nominations close 7 August 2026 at 12noon AEST.
